Connect with new customers, anywhere.

Offer any product or service you want, for your own price. Set requirements such as position, age, level and other filters to target your intended customer. 10K makes it easy to start connecting with new customers anywhere in the world.

Getting started.

1. Sign up.

  • Click Signup.
  • Select Provider profile type.
  • Provide basic information.
  • Confirm your email.

2. Create your profile.

  • Add a username, description and details about yourself, your company, or whoever your profile represents.
  • Add a profile photo.
  • To add live links to your bio, include https://www.

Creating a listing.

  1. Select either to display a price or not to display a price on your listing.

  2. Provide listing title and description.

  3. Add additional info regarding payment, technical requirements, communication, other.

  4. Check the appropriate boxes that apply to your listing (categories, skill level, age requirement, etc).

  5. Add your price (if applicable).

  6. Add a photo for the listing thumbnail.

  7. Publish, and your listing will be posted immediately.

Completed listings

  • All of your listings are viewable from your profile menu.
  • Listings can be edited at any time.
  • You can remove (Close) any of your listings through your account listings page.

Executing a transaction.

Notification

  • All inquiries will notify you by email and through your 10K profile.

Connection

  • Communicate directly with users through 10K's messaging system.
  • Communicate necessary information to the customer ie. booking, payment, virtual meeting links, file download/upload links, etc.

Action

  • Deliver your agreed upon product or service.

How do users pay for my products or services on 10K?

  • Currently, 10K does not provide payment features. Providers are free to utilize their preferred payment options. Please communicate your payment options to users.

Does 10K charge any fees or commissions?

  • No, 10K is commission free with zero fees. Your business is your business.

Who can become a provider?

  • Anyone who believes they can contribute value to the game (and not just in terms of athletic performance) is free to use 10K however they want. We believe a free and open marketplace is key to driving innovation.

Can I sell physical products?

  • Currently, 10K is intended for digital products that can be transferred online.
  • If you wish to sell physical products, please let us know.

Can I link or direct customers to my own website?

  • Yes, you can add live links to your bio using the following format https://www.example.com

Can users see my email?

  • No, your email is kept private and all messaging is done through 10K.

What price can I set?

  • Whatever you value your product or service at.
