• Select Provider profile type.
• Add basic information.
• Confirm your email.

2. Create your profile.

• Add a username, description and details about yourself, your company, or whoever your profile represents.
• Add a profile picture.
• Add live links to your profile using the following format: https://www.example.com

1. Click Create Listing in the menu bar.

2. Choose to display a price or not to display a price on your listing.

3. Provide a listing title and description.

4. Check the appropriate boxes that apply to your listing (categories, requirements, etc).

5. Include additional info related to your product or service ie. payment options, communication, technical requirements, etc.

6. Add your price (if applicable).

7. Add a photo for the listing thumbnail.

8. Publish, and your listing will be posted immediately.

Completed listings

• All of your listings are viewable from your profile menu.
• Listings can be edited at any time.
• You can remove (Close) any of your listings through your account listings page.

Notification

• All inquiries will notify you by email and through your 10K profile.

Connection

• Communicate directly with users through 10K's messaging system.
• Share necessary information with the customer ie. booking, payment, virtual meeting links, file download/upload links, etc.

Action

• Deliver your agreed upon product or service.

Who can become a provider?

• We are currently focused on supporting hockey and sport related businesses, as well as current and former players and coaches with professional experience. Please contact us with any questions.

What can be listed on 10K?

• Any hockey related product or service.
• 10K reserves the right to remove any non-hockey related listing.

Can I sell physical products?

• Currently, 10K is intended for digital products that can be transferred online.
• If you wish to sell physical products, please let us know.

Can I link or direct customers to my own website?

• Yes, you can add live links to your bio using the following format https://www.example.com

How do users pay for my products or services on 10K?

• Providers are free to utilize their preferred payment options.
• Please communicate your payment options to users.

What price can I set?

• Whatever you value your product or service at.
• You can also choose not to display a price.

Does 10K charge any fees or commissions?

• 10K is commission free with zero fees.

Can users see my email?

• No, your email is kept private and all messaging is done through 10K.
